Banner Design for Yuk King Tan
Design for 6 vinyl banners for the artist Yuk King Tan
For the university orientation weeks the artist Yuk King Tan creates an installation of donated objects from univerity members in the foyer to welcome the new students. The objects have memorial value to the previous owners. They are dipped in red wax and suspended under a skylight at the main foyer at CityU, Hong Kong. The installation is completed by the coverage of the six surrounding pillars with vinyl banners. On the banners are the objects in their original state depicted.
